"I stayed a month at this property with a group of friends. The villa is amazing and is even more beautiful then the pictures. It was spotless, had everything we needed, and was perfect in every way. This property is a perfect location as a base to explore both Umbria and Tuscany. The views from this villa are breathtaking and we enjoyed many beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Il posto è bellissimo e Valeria è stata molto gentile, ha organizzato la festa (con buffet e bibite varie) per 50 persone e sono rimasti tutti molto soddisfatti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo sia per quanto riguarda la casa che per quanto riguarda il catering (e tutto il resto). Consigliamo vivamente anche per un week end tra amici!"

"Laurentia is a friendly host and quick to respond. The house is ideal for two families or a big group of friends. Away from the fast pace of life. If you want to wind down and chill out, this is the place. Few shops or bars in and around but a great pizzeria, local store and basic supermarket in the town. Traditional house which is clean. Oh, and bring lots of mosquito repellent."

The climate control in the villa is amazing and a very welcome break from the midday heat. We had 3 day trips into Rome for sightseeing and Gelato. We had a fantastic time. Paolo and Lucia kindly Brought us a Lasagne one evening. Sorry to have to leave."
