I casually mentioned the issue to the front desk, about two hours later, Brenda, the sales manager gave me a call and asked if it would be OK if they switched my room? Needless to say, they went above and beyond to make my stay as pleasurable as possible. Cannot say enough about this hotel, and I even got to meet.Raj the owner. Very nice individual that was very pleased that I was a long-term customer. We stay at this hotel, at least once a year for the same length of time. Highly recommend this freshly remodeled facility."
