"宿泊施設と連絡がほとんど取れず、非常に不安だった。「駐車場は何台停められるか?」という質問の返信に１ヶ月以上を要した上、「１台しか停められない」と言われた。宿泊可能人数８人に対して駐車可能台数１台は少なく、大変不便だった。また、「宿泊前に代表者のメールアドレスと身分証が必要だから送ってほしい」と言われたが、指定されたメールアドレスが送信不能なメールアドレスであり、「違うメールアドレスを提示してほしい」と丁寧に連絡しても最後まで返信はなかった。緊急連絡先に何度電話をしても、繋がらず、「連絡できる緊急連絡先を教えてほしい」というメッセージも無視された。宿泊日前日の夜にハウスルールやチェックイン方法が送られてきたが、本当に最初から最後まで杜撰で最悪だった。"

"Everything was good. It was our first time and they gave us a free room upgrade. They even allowed us an early check in and gave us a fever patch upon realizing that our toddler was sick without us asking. You could ask for a thermometer from the front desk and also rent a stroller. Breakfast was also fantastic, with the attentive service staff offering me decaf coffee when she noticed I was pregnant. Overall a wonderful stay with no complaints at all. My toddler recovered promptly with some medicine and could explore American Village with us."

"I can’t wait to stay here again! Location, etc.. were all outstanding. More than I expected. What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Always quick to fulfill any needs and always with big smiles. Say hello to Aya! She made Rana Chatan feel like a home away from home. She is a top notch host!"

"Amazing breakfast. Japanese with some other stuff - something for everyone. But so clean and healthy. Great spa, open late. Great location, great service, all staff happy and kind. Room ok, not great. But spend time outside! Oh, go see the Magic Show in the same building - amazing! "
