"The staff was very helpful and personable. My room was spacious, the bed was firm and the pillows were too flat and firm, and I like flat pillows. The breakfast was wonderful, a large variety of baked goods, hot/cold proteins ,and fruits."

"We highly recommend hotel Ilaria in Lucca. Very clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. They also provide parking although it’s €35 per night, it’s definitely worth it as parking is very difficult in town."
