"Check in/check out was very simple, they send you info the day before. No ridiculous demands about cleaning etc. Take out trash, wash any used dishes, strip used linens and pile with used towels. Super easy. The host also sent a text with their contact info. There was a little binder with some good info about places to eat etc. That was nice! More info about public beach access from a 'local' would have been helpful. We were limited since we had our dog, so it was easy to find the dog beach...

"Upon arrival, everything was clean and ready for occupancy. I was very impressed with all that was provided in terms of coffee, spices, plastic wrap. etc. This may not seem important, but when you consider buying any of those things just because you need a small amount, it means a lot and shows how considerate the owners are. Our stay was everything we hoped for and more. We were also able to obtain a late checkout with no hassle. All in all, I would highly recommend this listing."
