"The check-in is onLy 4 hours, you miss it and the whole stay can be cancelled, not very friendly to the customers, hot water wasn't working and I had to wait for reception to open.TV wasn't working. Weak wifi. The rooms are OK and spacious but not super clean. "

"Tons of mosquitos and uncomfortable rooms, stairs to bed are too small, room was too warm, they moved me and the next room had a very uncomfortable mattress, no flat sheet so directly had to either use the duvet or nothing at all, which is also not sanitary. Shower was so hard it hurt. Staff was amazing, Bruno and Colin were superb. Food was good. "

"The hotel is clean. The room has everything you need. The bed and pillows are comfortable. The window can be opened. The hotel was quite calm. Every day 2 small bottles of water were left in the room for free. There is a cafe on the ground floor. Breakfast is available for a fee. But there is a problem: the kitchen workers do not speak English and it is quite difficult to explain your order. In my opinion, it would be better to make a buffet where tourists can take what they want themselves and...
