"The property is in a great location near the zocalo and historic center. There are many options for dining and although , it is so close to the historic center, the hotel is quiet. I loved everything about this place."

"The location of the property is excellent. It is just a short drive to the Puebla Historical Center and surrounded by high-end shopping venues. We were fortunate to be accommodated in a room with an incredible view to the Popocatépetl Volcano. The staff is incredibly helpful and provide and top-notch service. However, the facilities need a well-needed overhaul. The rug all over the hotel need to be replaced like YESTERDAY. The bathrooms inside the rooms are screaming really loud to be refitted. A good investment will turn a better profit. I hope that in next year’s visit things have changed."
