"This was a very good hotel to stay at if looking for a safe place to be. The staff at the desk was extremely nice and accommodating. Cindy was awesome. One thing I would love to see is some free weights or a machine in the fitness room as all there cardio machines. Will book here again. It also has been remodeled recently"

"The location. It’s close to the highway. The bed is good I had a good night sleep. The only issue I have when I stayed. The water that is coming out the tub and sink is brown. I’m scared to brush my teeth and take a shower with it. I had to run to the gas station to get some bottled water. I’d say the facility have seen better days."

"Convenient low budget hotel close to interstate highway. Decent stark no frills no breakfast hotel on primary road to Smokie Mountains. Not very nice but you get what you don’t pay for. Is one of many chain hotels at this intersection. We, like others, stayed after attending U of Tn football game. Adequate place, pleasant staff, not bad for price but not really much offered either. "

"On our arrival, property was deserted. Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room. After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO: 1. No refund. 2. We paid for two rooms and got only one. 3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us. 4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth."

"The property is exactly as pictured. The water acce. There ate 2 dogs on a near by property that are litter mates and play but they are trained for an invisible fence and were no worry when we walked our dog past. I wish we could have enjoyed the outside more but were were there for Thanksgiving and the weather was cold. The cabin stays toasty warm. This shouldn't even be called a cabin, it was gorgeous!ss would be wonderful in warmer months."

"Overall, it was a decent experience. I stayed for a month, so there were a few items i felt couldbe fixed. It is easy to get locked in the bathroom. The doirknob needs replaced, luckily i read the reviews before this happened to me. I was there alone, so it would have been problematic. The fireplace isn't operational, but there's nothing online stating this. My other complaint is more of an administrative one, i left the property 2 days earlier than anticipated but was never offered a refund...
