"This was a very good hotel to stay at if looking for a safe place to be. The staff at the desk was extremely nice and accommodating. Cindy was awesome. One thing I would love to see is some free weights or a machine in the fitness room as all there cardio machines. Will book here again. It also has been remodeled recently"

"The location. It’s close to the highway. The bed is good I had a good night sleep. The only issue I have when I stayed. The water that is coming out the tub and sink is brown. I’m scared to brush my teeth and take a shower with it. I had to run to the gas station to get some bottled water. I’d say the facility have seen better days."

"On our arrival, property was deserted. Sign at desk said “call this number.” Night manager said, “no hot water; go somewhere else; we will refund money.” We called Hotels.com; girl said refund would come; booked us to Rodeway for cost of another room. After numerous calls to Hotels.com and OYO: 1. No refund. 2. We paid for two rooms and got only one. 3. OYO and Hotels.com both lied to us and both cheated us. 4. I firmly doubt either company will print the truth."

"My son got married in Crossville and I needed to find a house that would sleep 20 people. This house was perfect, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms/living spaces. The host provides a ton of towels and extra toiletries. "Overall it was a good trip. The location was a little further out from town than we liked. 15 minutes to a DG and 25-30 minutes to fast food.
