"This was a last minute booking for a college tour. Place was quiet, beds comfortable including pull out sofa and room was deliciously cold so we all slept good. Not to mention hot water was perfect. Morning breakfast was decent."

"Everyone was very friendly and the rooms were spacious. However, our first room had a lot of gnats in the bathroom and our second had broken glass from the previous renters in the closet that we found tiny broken pieces of for days all around the room. "

The location is convenient from I-75 and is a short drive to more dining options via a service road. There were absolutely no amenities, not even hand towels, but the property was clean and reasonably priced."

The place was clean, located in a safe area, and easy to access if you follow the host's instructions.A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be great if late check-in fees weren't such a concern, and softer mattresses would be a welcome upgrade (though firm mattress fans will appreciate them).Overall, this is a great spot to stay while visiting Busch Gardens – definitely recommended!""
