The place was clean, located in a safe area, and easy to access if you follow the host's instructions.A couple of suggestions for improvement: it would be great if late check-in fees weren't such a concern, and softer mattresses would be a welcome upgrade (though firm mattress fans will appreciate them).Overall, this is a great spot to stay while visiting Busch Gardens – definitely recommended!""

I reached out on the day of travel to get the codes for the door. I was expecting a booklet with rules and regulations and instructions for trash removal, there was nothing. "We stayed for a week in the very hot end of July. The AC was wonderful throughout the main house and mother-in-law house. The pool was well maintained and in a beautiful setting with nice shade trees. Pool was nice and cool compared to very warm beaches in the Tampa Bay area, so a great way to cool off on hot days. Kids loved the pool toys too! We had a group of 13 with 4 kids, 2 teens, and 7 adults. Plenty of room for gathering and meals together in main room. Pool table doubles as a ping pong...
