"This hotel is located about 2.5 hours from Managua. It has a private beach that is amazing, secluded, warm water, great waves for surfing, and wonderful sunsets. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They will go out of their way to assist you. Definitely would come back in my next trip to Nicaragua."

"Casa de los Berrios is in the center of Leon, the owner is a very nice lady that helped me with everything, even let me stay a few hours after check out. The room was clean, the place has a lot of greenery and birds. Feels like a nature in town :)"

"If you are a backpacker this might be okay for you, but was bad for us. The rooms are extremely hot with no AC and a small fan that does nothing. Leon is the hottest city in the country, and also breakfast was not included in room price. Cannot recommend, although staff seemed friendly and location was good."
