"Beautiful hotel so close to the Charles Bridge! Easy to get to from the train station using the cities trams. Location to old town is right around the corner too. The room was huge, the beds comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. The free breakfast was in a beautiful room and had so much variety. Highly recommend this hotel."

"Great location. I loved the style of the room and hotel in general. Fantastic service, professional, polite and frienly staff. Exactly what I needed and as discribed on the website! One slight oversight given the otherwise superb service was lack of travel toothpaste and the aircon fan in the room is little bit too loud. "

"Service was amazing from the reception staff. Check in was faultless (minus the long queue)! The 4*’s were for things like the bath tub/shower area was quite dated in comparison to the rest of the room and not the cleanest, there was no hair conditioner, just an empty bottle but we survived. Rooms could have been cleaned everyday for the price we paid (almost £250 a night). Hot water was good, instant every time, no long wait for it to warm up. Pillows weren’t the comfiest, woke up with a neck ache every morning but I won’t take that personally. Hardly any choice on the TV but we could not fault the location, it was close to where we needed to be. Overall it was a good stay."
