Lovely 1 bedroom apartment with balcony overlooking beautiful gardens. Lovely clean complex with on site tapas bar and restaurant. 3 pools, 2 of which are heated October to March. Complex is on Playa Bastián so only a few minutes walk from apartment to beach. 10 minute walk to the main square in Costa Teguise where lovely restaurants, bars and shops are. Main bedroom has double bed and Tv. 1 bathroom with toilet, and shower. Washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker and hob, kettle, wireless Internet WiFi in apartment.. TV in living room and main bedroom with English channels.

We stayed in the property last Summer & this was a return visit for a 3 week stay. The property seemed to have been decorated since our last stay. Communication with Sharron is excellent. The location is perfect.

Brilliant apartment in a great location
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Sharron was a great host and responded really quickly to any messages. The apartment is directly opposite a supermarket which has all you need with good prices. There are a couple of bars, takeaways and restaurants practically next door to the apartments. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk. The main beach, "The Square" and main nightlife in Costa Teguise is about a 15 minute walk. This is a lovely walk as the area is flat and easily navigated and there is always a lovely breeze. We got a cab outside the airport and was there in 15 minutes and cost 23 euro. There is a bus stop outside the apartments too. The apartment has everything you need and is very clean, lovely and homely. Washing machine is a bonus as everything dries on the clothes line on the covered patio area. The apartment block has 3 pools and Brendon's Bar which are all great. I can highly recomment this apartment and Costa Teguise/Playa Bastian. I can't wait to return.

Lovely apartment
Lovely well equiped apartment in a great complex. Host always answered very quickly. The only negative is we found the key safe quite tricky to open (may have just been us not doing it right!)

One to look at
Excellent condition with most amenities. Considering this property is used by numerous visitors it is very well kept. A few minor items would improve it, ie Bathroom .. no waste paper basket, bathroom cabinet or shower caddie. Kitchen .. No oven proof cooking dishes and oven top pans are showing signs of wear. This being said I would still return to this apartment the positives outweigh the negatives. T

Directly on edges of estate is convenient to shops restaurants.buses taxis etc.Beautifully equipped apartment and terrace with everything you possibly need . Wifi is included but connection drops out intermittantly and when leave lounge which is the only negative. Lovely host with info help.

Stunning apartment in a quiet complex, everything you could need is included. Fantastic location, bars, buses and taxis on your doorstep, supermarket opposite for fresh bread. A proper home from home.
