The villa 'Casa Amor Indiano' was built in 2007 by its former owner, a German architect. After a thorough renovation, it now shines again in its old new splendour.
Casa Amor Indiano is located on the east coast, in Guatiza, a quiet, tranquil and very authentic place, characterised by beautiful nature and a mild maritime climate all year round. The famous cactus garden of Cesar Manrique is located in Guatiza, and other works are only a short drive away.
The east coast and the north of Lanzarote are still very quiet and unspoilt. Some of the most beautiful beaches, as well as natural bathing bays of the island can be found here. The historic towns of Haria and Teguise offer cosy places for a coffee and a very good culinary offer. There are also many good fish restaurants in the small fishing villages.
The house stands at the top of a long slope, from where you have an unobstructed view of the Atlantic Ocean to the southeast. The architecture reflects traditional Canarian architecture and sets it in dialogue with a modernist language.
The spacious and light-flooded living area opens across the entire width to the Atlantic and is characterised by a beautiful view of nature and the sea. The large full-surface sliding windows blur the boundaries between inside and outside. In the centre of the house is a glazed patio open to the top, which invites you to linger with its green plants and a small seating area.
The open, modern, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A large wooden dining table offers space for socialising.
In the evening hours, the fire of the open fireplace invites to a cosy reading and a glass of wine. A satellite TV also offers entertainment. Furthermore, the house has a fast internet connection with fibre optic.
For restful nights, the house has 3 bedrooms with new large and comfortable beds that can accommodate up to 6 people. There are two bathrooms - one of which is en suite - with walk-in showers. In the master bedroom there is a freestanding bathtub with a view of the Atlantic. From the comfortable bed, you can greet the day with the sunrise every day.
Outside, you will find a large covered furnished terrace on the level of the house. A few steps lead to the 15 m long pool, which can be heated via solar, and to the large garden with another sitting area.
Casa Amor Indiano does not want to be a random, anonymous holiday accommodation, but rather a unique place due to its location, as well as the individual furnishings with great attention to detail. Above all, it is a place to feel at home, as if you were simply coming home for the holidays.
