"Did not expect luxury for the price but I did expect the property to be better maintained. The flush button on the toilet sunk into the cistern when flushing. The aircon leaked all over the bedroom floor. No blankets. When asked for a blanket on the second day we were told that they were still being washed and would have them the next day. My daughter said her bed was very hard so she put the cushions from the outside furniture under the mattress. Could do with a microwave."

"We had a wonderful time at Villa Langka. The location was excellent with friendly staff that solved any problems quickly There were multiple spaces to cater for 2 families or 4 couples. It was nestled at the end of a lane way which made it quiet but still close enough to walk for daily massages and restaurants. Gojek was our friend for transport and food. The large pool was well utilised by all in our group. "

"Everything felt safe, clean, and relaxing. A lovely hideaway very close to everything. All facilities more than enough. Felt so personalised and not pretentious. "The villa is clean and very well presented, everything is as pictured, 6 min walk to the beach and 5 min on a bike to everything seminyak has to offer my family loved it Only con is there is no fresh running water in the villa the running water is salty and after a while you get abit over salt water showers. (i believe the whole area is the same) and the AC in each room are quite loud at night time if you have them on high sounds like there is alot of wind on the roof. "

"We had the most wonderful stay in Ubud at lovely Noka House. The villa itself is breathtaking along with its position near paddy fields. Lots of wildlife, birds and insects to keep us company. Nyoman, Ketut and Wayan are so gracious and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
