"Everything was excellent except it was too warm for us in the room. We could not get the heat to go below 71 no matter what we set the thermostat at. Asked at desk about it. They sent tech up while we were out. He set it on cool. We didn't realize it till late that night . Put it back to heat and it still wouldn't stay down to where we set it. "Great hospitality; old bones but redone nicely. Our room was on a corner and had a separate sitting area and a table and chairs. We had a beautiful river view. However… my request to not be by the elevator was ignored. I didn’t want to all to change rooms, I know it was busy and we liked our view. " Very comfortable room. The billing invoices that I received were confusing. We prepaid with hotels.com but initial bill showed full amount due and charged to credit card. Second bill showed payment for room I guess and final bill was correct only showing charges while at hotel. I wish you offered a park and fly package with room like the holiday inn."

"Place was clean, well appointed, easy to access, very quiet. I had some wifi issues that host went above and beyond to solve. The only critique I would suggest is a larger TV as the sitting room is quite large and there’s possibly 20+ feet to the TV. Us older gentleman need the visual help. Would stay again when visiting family in the area."
