"We had a really relaxing time here. The cottage is small but that suited us, and the view across the fields filled with all kind of wildlife was superb (not forgetting the chickens next to us and the three walking ducks!). And the huge windmill next to the canal is something to behold. "Aufenthalt war sehr gut Es fehlen im Bad Ablageflächen und Haken für die Handtücher. Im Anbau 3 Schlafzimmer ebenso und dort Gab es keine Toiletten Bürste und kein Halter für Toilettenpapier. Sonst war alles super."

"Lake House 74 exceeded our expectations! We were a group of 6 - 2 couples with our adult children. The location of the house was perfect - just outside of Leiden, situated along a canal. The house had everything we needed for our stay. Stephan was easy to contact, very responsive to all of our requests, and made us feel at home. He also had great suggestions for local activities. Be sure to rent a boat and drive through the canals to get to the center of Leiden. I would stay here again...

"Me and my friend stayed for four days, the host was so kind. He helped us have a best experience and made us feel very welcome and at home. The room was nice but somethings were missing off the description initially like it being a shared co working space and the jacuzzi wasn’t clean enough to go in, but the fire pit was amazing and the patio. "We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property in October 2024. The property occupies two floors and a courtyard of a traditional Amsterdam terraced house. It is exceptionally stylish - beautifully decorated with top quality fittings and furnishings, even nicer than the photos in the listing.
