"Lovely new house with new carpet and floorings. Unfortunately the furniture wasn't new and the sofa was badly stained. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes when we arrived and there were no dishwasher tablets. I contacted the management team but didn't get any response. The garage was full of various items so that we were unable to use it for the car. There were no instructions with regards to check out procedures. "Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"
