"Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"

"Our group enjoyed a comfortable stay. We had 2 families staying and the house was great for what we needed. Host was excellent to communicate with. We had a small issue with the shower but the host was very responsive and available for anything we needed."

"The perfect place for a young family. The township is a couple of feet away and across the road is the beach with an inlet that is safe for the kids to play. The owners have a great selection of beach toys to use. We loved our stay here."
