"Clean and tidy room with private bathroom and shower. One double and one single bed. A shared kitchen which had full amenities although I did not use these. A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. "

"A great option for a weekend stay. Super clean and modern and the room has everything you could need. A couple of notes - The bed is quite firm (but that may be to your liking), the shower pressure isn’t great, the paid car parks are TIGHT, and the room is usually quiet but if there are loud cars or motorbikes outside you can hear them. Those are the only minor downsides I can think of. Otherwise we were very impressed and would stay again! "
