Disliked: Amenities
Mediocre place to stay which is very run down and in need of doing up.
We booked 2 rooms, no hot water. Bed uncomfortable, could feel the coils. Noisy street. Sink had no plug, no cloth to wash dishes and no tea towel. Looked like they had revamped the toilet seat with a paint.

Clearly the place is being spruced up. Worked well for us
The worst property I have stayed in 40 years of travel. Room not serviced, no smoke alarms. Holes in multiple walls covered in tape and painted over. Hot water flow next to useless. The whole room had been painted with little regard for masking over light switches, taps, benches. No breakfast offered and general amenity was from the 50’s without updating. Reception was abrupt. Avoid at all costs. I moved to another property during the paid-for period
This was a booking for 4 people....The manager was nice when we got there, explaned that they are doing up a unit so would be a bit of a mess outside( cool). We entered to find a very small tv and sky box on a roughly panited tv stand a table for only 2 people, only 2 plates, knives, forks etc didnt explain how to turn on the hot water for the shower which had extremely low pressure. No way to cook a meal on the stove no microwave in the unit. It was roughly painted inside, and over holes snd switches. Paint on curtians and the windows hard to shut, and the wardrobe door handle came off in your handno curtain to cover the glass front door facing the main rd, not enough seating for people to relax, broken lights, no dish cloth or plug for the sink. The toilet seat was roughly painted and looked awful just the start of my list but i think you get the picture by now. To finish off this stay we had some friends visit in the form of cockroaches. Wont stay here again......
This was the worse Motel I have every stayed at. Poor facilities, couldn't check in at the check in time, had to park my car on the street, only had a jug in my room and the place is been used for temporary accommodation. The people next door were awake most of the night and I couldn't sleep. This Motel should be taken off the Wotif website. Wouldn't stay here again.
Wasn’t what we expected room wasn’t that clean had an odour smell through the unit shower was poor water pressure and worst of all we slept with cockroaches not very happy
dirty, old, traffic, noisy, unkind staff.. they changed the reservation and gave us the smaller room for same price.. after some diskussion we got little discount.. but never ever
This Motel was terrible. We did not stay there as conditions were so bad. Everything looked old and dirty and unkept.
We would reccommend that you remove it from your web site.
We would also like to be refunded the $99 we paid , as we did not stay.
Regards Gordon Beattie.
Very run down not at all very good at all could do with some money being spent on some up grades and new bedding and a decent cleaning

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Badly stayed kitchen chair and carpet. The hand basin had like big burn marks and a chip out of the hand basin.
In the twin room I stayed in they didn’t have any dinner plates. Also the room can hold 3 people, expect there was only two of plates, cups, and life and fork.
They don’t even supply a flannel, any extra blankets or pillows that alone a Iron.
In the family room that the people I was with had a hole in the ceiling.
There is only one door in all the units so if there was a fire in the room and you couldn’t get to the door you be stuck.
There no nets curtain so in you have to pull the blinds to stop any one seeing into your room.
