The property is located in town which is great. However, the room was all windows and people walking by could easily see in. I think it was a conference room beforehand. There are no power sockets near the beds. The kitchen is great but with no cooking equipment or utensils. They are only for hire.

I booked this accommodation, going in with the expectation that it would be just an “okay” stay (due to it being a holiday park and based on my experience staying in holiday parks elsewhere), but both my husband and I were pleasantly surprised and impressed with our stay! Staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and the beds/pillows were very comfortable. The holiday park is within just a couple minutes walk of the cute town center. Amenities (like the laundry room, for example) were great too! The only things to maybe be aware of are that the TV isn’t a smart one (and only has a few channels), and it’s a bit noisy with people walking up and down the walkway in front of each unit, but that’s to be expected with a holiday park. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Excellent location. No A/C for the private units and when the West sun beams into the room, it gets uncomfortably hot. This is only an issue in the heat of summer, of course. Also, people running on the wooden porch outside is heard (loudly) in the rooms.

Excellent place to stay in Te Anu. Very well kept, room was very clean and comfortable. Walk across the road to eateries and shops, supermarket. Convenient to get picked up for a bus tour to Milford Sound. Highly recommend

Spacious and clean rooms. Well equipped. Lots of parking and very nice hotel grounds. Strong internet. Friendly and helpful checkin staff. A Very easy and short walk to town centre for restaurants, shops, and exploring. The room was not well soundproofed as able to hear muffled conversation/laughter/movement of guests in adjacent room. Bed was 3/5 for comfort and appears due for replacement. Overall tho, it was acceptable and offered good value.
