"Very nice"

"We were very impressed with this property. The staff was friendly, the room was immaculate. The amenities included soap for the washer/dryer and bath toiletries. The small kitchen had all new appliances, cookware, toaster, coffee maker and teapot. The shower was fantastic! What stood out for us were the two very comfortable lounge chairs. It may sound silly, but we have stayed in 5 star hotels all over the world and the chairs in the hotel rooms were uncomfortable at best"

"Really lovely motel. May not be the largest we have been in but definitely worth a visit. Really clean facilities. Large and comfortable bed. Quiet so no disturbance at night. Bathroom shower was great and provided toiletries. Good towels. Easy parking outside room. Folder with local menus in. Helpful reception staff. "

"Had a pleasant 2 night stay here. Room is a bit dated, but pretty big. I wished the glass slider door had a screen slider. We had the door open to get some air and a cat came in the room! A screen would allow air to circulate, but keep out critters. Great location! "

"Great Room, good kitchenette with everything necessary for breakfast. Room is non smoking but smoking is allowed on the balconies and picnic tables immediately in front so if you don’t mind second hand smoke it’s a good option. We would not choose this hotel again due to smoke entering our room from our neighbors. "

"It seems the hotel bought the house next door to rent as a “villa.” It’s a nice place to spread out, especially for two. Washer was especially welcome. It need a few fix-it’s to make it better, but I’d stay here again. "

"Hosts were so welcome and friendly and helpful with recommendations! I loved receiving the welcoming bottle of milk!! Room and bathroom were giant, perfectly clean, huge front window sliding glass door letting in the great NZ sunshine. Motel sits one block away from lake with easy 5 minute walking access. I highly recommend for the traveler on the go. "
