"This was my first time staying but not my last! This hotel was clean, staff was pleasant and helpful, and it's directly across from a parking structure (about $35 for an overnight stay, in around 430 out by 11) so you can easily park yourself or use valet if you wanted. I loved the free shuttle option to get us to and from our concert at LCA. I also loved then when we left, the location it's right around the corner from the highway. The only bummer about the room is that the bathroom has one of those frosted clear walls so when someone is in the bathroom, you can't see them, but the light of the bathroom illuminates the bedroom."

"The staff at the front desk was awesome (very helpful & accommodating). The shuttle driver was so nice as well and a real pleasure to talk to on the ride. The bartender that was working when we first arrived and ordered our drinks and food was great, but the shift that came on afterward was nowhere near as friendly or attentive and was not only slow but made it very clear that they were only there to collect a paycheck and did not care that part of their job description includes "customer service". The one lady actually made part of the drink my son ordered then went on break and left the half-made drink sitting on counter behind the bar and then finished making it after she returned and then gave it to my son after it was watered down from having sat there half-made while the ice melted during her break. It literally took her less one minute to finish making the drink once she returned from her break, and less than a minute to give it to him once the drink was done being made, so it seemed pretty rude that she didn't just finish making the drink or have the other person that was working behind the bar finish it and deliver it for her so we didn't have to wait for her to get back and then get a watered down drink that still cost us full price. Other than that everything was great though. The pool was nice, but jets in the hot tub didn't work, but it was still nice to get to relax in hot tub after the plane ride there. The pool area is really nice too!"
