"Friendly, helpful, very responsive staff - from room service, to bell boys to restaurant staff. Appreciate breakfast menu changing everyday. Beautiful grounds with lush greenery. The beach has white sands and very calm waters making it easy for kids to swim in. Easy walk along the beach to town and shops. Highly recommend Amorita and Panglao! "

"Let me start by saying I regret spending so much money to a place that is run down and broken. This place definitely has seen better days. The ambiance is great till you see a broken lamp or a pool not working.The beach was dirty and was muddy. The toilet was not working at times and the jet from the bubble bath was not working. The husband and I needed to put something in the safe and we called them about and we checked out already and the safe was still not fix. The smell from the rooms are so...

"I gave 4 out 5 for this resort. It is not convenient for elderly who has difficulty of walking to the of the entrance. It is difficult to go in and out from the resort to the main road; there is quite a walk from the drop off area. Otherwise, it will be an excellent resort for me. "

"I loved being on the second floor with the room opening to the courtyard below. I sat outside every morning and had my coffee. Kettle included in the room. And a safe. "It is just perfect! The location is great, the stuff is amazing and the hotel itself is extremely cute! The stuff at the reception helps with everything, from organising tours, drivers, amazing massages to dinner reservations. We just loved staying here. When we go back to Panglao, we won’t stay anywhere else, for sure!"

"The resort itself was beautiful and the staff was friendly and very helpful. It has a lovely pool and seating areas. However, some of our rooms shower heads did not work, dinners at the restaurant on property was subpar, but breakfast was great. The rooms were clean but the decor seemed cheap while trying to be fancy. You pay luxury prices for not full luxury conditions. "

"Perfect location with a friendly small resort feel! Amazing staff always happy to assist and very knowledgeable. Be careful with the hotel address as there are a few hotels with Papaya in their name! "
