Not the room we booked and was moved to the Oasis. “Balcony” was in the hallway, bugs everywhere and the “balcony” door locked on the railing instead of the lock itself. Be careful when booking. We ended up booking the Henann a few doors down instead of staying at the Hayahay Oasis.

We stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights. It is just a few steps away from the white sand beach of Panglao. The staff are warm, friendly and accommodating. The place is clean, though there are some ants in the cabinet so make sure you don't put any food there, keep it in the small fridge or on top of the side table. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we will surely go back to Hayahay@genesis

Location was great, staff was accommodating. I woke up early and asked for coffee before restaurant opened but the caretaker took care of it. Staff honest and dependable and strives to please. What I didn't like - only two towels at a time, no extra perks like coffee in the room or separate shampoo and conditioner, blow dryer, etc, toilet easily gets clogged, lock on the safe can be easily picked (but nothing happened anyway) It wasn't clear that the upgraded rooms were a separate newer building. The property that we were on was budget grade

Property was well located near beach, rooms good, staff, especially at the restaurant, great. I was disappointed there was no pool and also nowhere to sit that wasn’t part of restaurant, I always felt pressure to buy something to eat or drink when I just wanted to read my book.

Great location, right on the beach, but that makes it tricky to access, or get a cab, or drag your luggage as its on the sand! Service in the hotel is pretty good, although found the restaurant service to be variable. The cocktails were great, the pizza ok, and if you like fresh seafood, that seemed to being going down ok. However, its pretty limited for vegetarians. Portion sizes are good, in some cases too much, but I didnt rate the quality or value compared to other places Id visited in philipinnes. The hotel is clean and comfortable. My room was small, but we designed and had a minibar & safe. Would have loved a kettle. Wifi was a bit erratic. All the bea hfront hotels have live music, mainly a girl singing easy listening western songs. No offence to the singers, some of whom have good voices, but would be better if they just put a playlist on. Although, i do like that philipinne businesses sort of 'over employ' compared to UK etc. They dont look so exploitative, but then again, i dont know what they get paid.... and why I always leave a tip.

Place is a okay, it’s very very old. Need serious upgrades inside the room. No service to help you bring luggage’s although they have it advertise on photo or may it seem it looks like the hotel is very near where you can just walk a few steps from the front door and it is not..! Far to walked and must have helped to carry luggages. We did not eat in the restaurant. Yes beach is a few steps.

Have stayed here four times. The rooms are modern and clean, the hotel restaurant is right on the beach and the menu is excellent and well priced. At night it is quiet. AC works well and internet is very good. I will continue to come here.
