"Nice place nice folks"

"Nice bungalows but a bit off the beaten path, fairly far into a dark alley. Pictures online show a pool and tout a wonderful restaurant and bar called Ken's Place. Neither exist following an apparent fire in August of 2023, and the property didnt contact us to let us know of these missing amenities. They were also unwilling to make any changes to our reservation."

"We loved our stay at Panglao, we used the pool a lot, and the staff were very nice and helpful. Had a bit of a hiccup regarding the massage service as they wanted to do the massage in our room without a massage bed. Otherwise all good. We also rented a moped which worked perfectly for us. Thank you! "

"The place was perfect for our needs. There is no direct access to Alona beach but it is still within walking distance. It is close enough to a lot of nice restaurants, convenience stores, and pharmacy but is tucked in a pretty quiet area. The resort has a grill, swimming pool, and a billiard pool. I will definetely book this place again if i go back to Panglao with friends or family."

"Second time at this resort...first time was great! This time...No bottled water in room, TV was the size of my phone,Food was terrible at restaurant and no toilet sprinkler. Gardens a beautiful...hats off to the gardener! I stay at many hotels in Philippines this one needs to step it up to be a real 8.2/10 A real disappointment...will not go back."
