"Shopping and the old town were close, and the train/bus station was a 5 minute walk away. The area was a bit rougher at night on the main road, but the street the hotel is on is very quiet at night. We were on the ground floor facing the road and heard nothing! The proprietress is very lovely and allowed us to store our bags when we arrived very early off the ferry. The little petit dejeuner in the morning (coffee, orange juice and a croissant) was a lovely bonus! Thank you for a nice stay! "

"We spent a lovely night at this beautiful property before flying home. The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was gorgeous with a fantastic bathroom and linked room for our children. The pool was perfect and our kids spent hours swimming and playing with the lovely, friendly French Bulldog! Very relaxing and just what we all needed at the end of a wonderful but busy holiday! L’hôte, Francesco, s’est montré très disponible et aidant. The location is very remote in that it is around 1 km up a gravel road and the nearest supermarket is a 15 minute drive away. The property itself is large and beautiful, both interior and the grounds. Emanuela who runs the property is an absolute angel and very helpful. I was welcomed like I was a member of the family which is exactly what I needed."
