"My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. After having to find an alternative hotel, I was offered a refund for the first night, along with an apology. At check out, it was also agreed not to charge. When I chased up credit from hotels.com, the hotel confirmed I stayed one less night than planned but refused to credit. Nice!"
