"My husband and I stayed at the Palazzo for 7 nights and had a wonderful experience throughout. Before we even arrived Salvatore was responsive with messages and arranging our late check in. He greeted us as soon as we arrived in the car and showed us to a parking space directly outside the property. The masseria is stunning and the rooms are very unique! Room was a bit on the small side but very well presented, really nice sheets, proper hotel towels, super shower and all very clean. After having to find an alternative hotel, I was offered a refund for the first night, along with an apology. At check out, it was also agreed not to charge.
