"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

The owner allowed us to stay in an upgraded room for the first couple of nights, which had an incredible view looking over the streets and the sea! "This is a very nice, clean property with a stunning veiw right outside from whatever room you choose. The staff are very friendly and helped me with were whatever I needed. Scilla is one of the most beautiful, unique towns that I have ever seen, but what really makes it a great experience is the local people. Everyone was so kind, helpful and authentic. "I have stayed in many bed and breakfast hotels across Europe and Italy. This is by far the best I have ever stayed. The location is not super fantastic. It’s next to a main road but we can’t hear anything in the room. The room is simple but super super clean and well maintained. Comes with very clean toilet and shower. Mini fridge.
