"Short 1 night stay before going to Tropea. A but challenging with language barrier arranging to meet Mimmo the owner, a lovely older gentleman but we got there with the help of technology. "I have stayed in many bed and breakfast hotels across Europe and Italy. This is by far the best I have ever stayed. The location is not super fantastic. It’s next to a main road but we can’t hear anything in the room. The room is simple but super super clean and well maintained. Comes with very clean toilet and shower. Mini fridge. Our window looks out to groves of olive tree. Highly recommended!"

"A lower cost stay near Tropea but that is because it is a bit of a drive up a windy road to reach it. Good dining options and lovely breakfast. Swimming pool a godsend during the heatwave but wifi poor if that is important to you. "

"A very mixed bag. The location is amazing and we had an incredible view from our balcony. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The issue is with the service. I messaged multiple times before arriving to ask for help arranging a transfer from the station. I got no response. There was nobody at the reception when I came to check in (or ever). The hotel was advertised as having a pool. It does not have a pool. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the terrible service took the gloss off "

"This place is very beautiful, modern, comfortable, clean, it looks brand new. Food was excellent. Parking is on the street but easy and felt safe. Front desk was ok, they did not spoke english so communication was a bit hard, they offered free bottle of wine but young girl at front desk charged us for it, maybe a missed communication. "
