The room I booked was overbooked and when I got back to the room someone's stuff was on my bed and my stuff had been moved, I convinced a couple to sleep together so I could have a place to sleep. Later in the night they tried to put 2 more people in the already full room and woke me up at 2am to ask which beds are free, none of them ovi.
