Summary:
Live the holiday life in this charming centrally located Villa. Located on a lovely quiet street yet only a short walk to the beach and great cafes, it ticks all the boxes for fun family getaways to Mt Maunganui. With a great outdoor entertaining area and BBQ on offer, you'll enjoy the ease of the indoor / outdoor flow from the living area.

The Space:
Set over two levels -The living, dining and kitchen, one bedroom and bathroom are all the ground floor level. Upstairs has the other two bedrooms and another bathroom. Ceilng fans and airconditioning allow for comfort over the summer months. Outside offers space for entertainment with a great socializing seating area and BBQ for alfresco dining.
There is carparking for 1 cars in the driveway and on street parking.

400 Metres to the beach and Tay St Cafe
