Perfect 2 family getaway home
This house was amazing, lots of room, was great for two families, let us all enjoy everyone's company but have space at the same time, especially with having the kitchenette down steers. Also loved the fact town was only a couple of minutes walk Will book this again next year if available.

Group of 7 needed one night enroute home after doing timber trail. Great house, very clean and tidy, lots of room and short walk into town. All facilities as advertised, would highly recommend.

property was great , plenty of room and everything was clean tidy and as advertised. The heating was the only issue once we got the heat pumps working they really didn't heat the house at all. the central heating system in the house was not working so the 2 small heat pumps in living areas wasn't anyway near enough for cold Taupo nights.

Very impressed, the house is set up in a way that suited our group of 4 adults and 4 teens perfectly (two families sharing). Walking distance to town worked well for us so the teens could have a bit of independence. Will definitely book this home again. Thank you!

Great location. Walking distance to restaurant or short drive. It is such a big house for groups or families. We are allowed to have early check-in at 2pm which is perfect with our schedules. Easy communication with owner which is appreciated. We found stains on dishwashers and toilets, spiderwebs on windows. The floor in the kitchen is a bit sticky. If more cooking amenities could be provided, it will be great.

Great base for any group wanting to enjoy the area!
There were 8 reasonably serious golfers playing 3 games in Taupo - the golf was poor but the Courses excellent! The accommodation was just perfect - very good interior with ample room for 8 men! We used the Kitchen facilities one night for a lovely meal while we linked into the TV and watch Rugby. (No Sky - but not a problem with mobile data. Everything there that we needed. Would recommend and will come again!!

We had a wonderful time in Taupo, this house is in a perfect for location. It is in a nice quiet area, prefect for a family environment. Unfortunately the cleaner must have been rushed before our booking, therefore we had to do some cleaning ourselves. We had to clean our own linen on the beds which was not expected. The manager was very apologetic and lovely regarding the cleaner being rushed therefore I am sure this wont be an issue going forward.

we had to ask for a second key supposed to be one in the property there was no iron - asked about this and one was delivered but by then it was the second last day the room with the split king bed was not made up as a king size bed but as 2 singles BBQ was disgusting - had not been cleaned for very long time. took 2 of 30 mins to clean it before we could use it cleaned it up after as much as we could but could not remove bottom plate rubbish instructions not clear lots lint on dryer

Had to contact Bookabatch in order to get access to the house as no information was received from the host. When contacted host to report a broken shower hose, I was told there was a spare part available and then he suggested one of us could fix it the night before we were leaving. The house is great though, but I could write a list of recommendations for improvement.
