Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeping up to 5 persons in a spacious and sun-filled apartment with a balcony overlooking the town centre. Walk less than 200 metres to the lakefront, retail shops, bars and cafes.
The spacious lounge features an open plan kitchen and dining area, with sliding doors opening out to the balcony. Wooden shutters allow you to block out the sun throughout the day, while the central heating system will keep you warm throughout the colder months. The master bedroom has a walk in robe and full en suite with a second bathroom opposite the twin bedroom. Located just off the lounge is the third bedroom with a single bed, and full laundry facilities are located in a cupboard in the hall.
This apartment is located on the second floor of 101 Roberts with two parking spaces.
101 Roberts gated complex features an internal elevator, communal outdoor swimming pool*, fitness room and underground car parking for your convenience.
*Swimming pool is available over Summer only, from Labour weekend through to Easter weekend.
Absolutely no parties to be held at this apartment. Please be considerate of neighbours as they will contact us if any problems.
A few quiet drinks are fine, but if you are wanting an apartment to party in, then sorry but this is not for you.
When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
