This spacious two-level apartment is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort, offering a welcoming retreat for up to five guests.

The entry-level includes a comfortable living area with smart T.V, a well-equipped kitchen, a separate toilet, and a laundry equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Step outside to an outdoor living space, complete with a spa pool and pond – the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring.

Upstairs, you’ll find two well-appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom boasts beautiful lake views, a queen bed, and a walk-in wardrobe, while the second bedroom features two king single beds with a rollaway, making it suitable for a third guest. A shared bathroom connects the two bedrooms.

You’ll stay cozy in winter and cool in summer with two heat pumps/air conditioning units – one in the downstairs living area and another in the upstairs master bedroom – as well as underfloor heating in the bathroom.

Savor a delicious BBQ in the outdoor entertaining area, then unwind with a blissful soak in the spa pool.

Conveniently located, this property is just a short stroll to the lake at the end of the road. For all your essentials, Kokomea Village Shopping Centre is just a 3-minute drive away, offering a supermarket, cafes, food outlets, a liquor store, a gym, and more. Taupo’s vibrant town center is less than 10 minutes away, making this the ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.

This apartment is located at the rear of an adjoining house that is occupied full-time, with guest privacy thoughtfully maintained.

A portacot and high chair are available for your convenience. Please bring your own linen for the portacot.

Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
