The distinctives about this holiday home over others, is its closeness to town (two streets over from Pak'nSave) and its large, flat, fenced section. This makes it ideal for two families to stay together and have plenty of parking on site for cars, boat, trailer, etc, as well as being safe for young children. Easy walk to town.

Three bedrooms inside the house and one bedroom outside in the 'sleep out'.

One shower and separate toilet inside house, and one shower and toilet in the outside bedroom/sleep out.

Please include information on your group, what brings you to Taupo and who will be with you.

Fully equipped kitchen and commonly used appliances supplied.

Linen provided does not include sheets for travel cot.
No house cleaning or linen changes provided during your stay. Just like home - do your own if needed.

Warm, comfortable central place to stay
Close to central Taupo we loved this warm, comfortable family home. Everything you need is provided and plenty of room with 3 double rooms inside and a room outside. Only one bathroom inside but toilet with vanity in separate room to shower with vanity so does work. Another bathroom at back of outside room with separate outside access. We loved the cosy warmth from the logfire with plenty of firewood available. Would recommend this to larger family groups, its close to town but very quiet around at night.

Home away from home
This is about the 7th time we’ve booked this house. We’re a group of 4 friends who meet up once a year in Taupo. We live the wood burner and spacious living area to sit and catch up on each others news. Location is central to town and the waterfront. We’ll be back again!

Located close to the CBD, it's an easy walk to cafes and restaurants, making it a perfect spot for those who love exploring the local scene on foot. The house itself is in great condition, just as described in the listing. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, which made the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Taupo. Great house and section
We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very roomy and well set out. It is one of the cleanest houses we have stayed in and had everything you can think of in the kitchen. The section is very roomy with plenty of room for the kids to run round in. Although there are cars parked out on the road side during the week, the lay out and width of the entrance makes it very easy to get a boat in and out in during the day and low light. Thanks for the holiday, we would love to come back one day.

Good sized property for the kids to run around in and decking on both sides of the house to laze about. Great proximity to town - only a 5 minute walk to pak n save and not too far to walk down to the lakefront on a quiet street over the long weekend. Perfect for our needs!
