"A lovely house. Plenty of room for our family group of 8. Reasonably well equipped kitchen, beds were comfortable but pillows were a bit tricky. Close to town. We used the house as our base to visit Rotorua, Waitomo and Matamata. "

"Good accommodation for a family of four. Room was clean and spacious. No lift to 3rd floor so a little hassle carrying cases up a flight of stairs. Limited parking onsite so needed to park in pay car park across road. "
