Shanla at the front desk was an absolute delight! Very accommodating and helpful and friendly. Made everything very smooth despite us being late for our check in. She is the best! Would gladly stay again if ever passing through cromwelll. Highly recommend!"

"The main point was how helpful Alice was beforehand. I had to change the booking but couldnt with Expedia and Alice did it all and responded within minutes to all my emails. Great service. The place is great and lots of little thoughtful things to make a great stay. My only advice would be to ask for a room away from the road. The lorries start early."
