"The photos are very old and it does not represent the house at all. The house was not legally setup with smoke alarms which we fixed within an hour of arriving. It was dirty, had carpet beetles eating at the master bedroom carpet, crockery and cutlery sticky and dirty in a dirty kitchen, broken chair in the living area, vinyl in bathroom broken and old so floor cannot be adequate sanitised/cleaned. The heat pump had not been cleaned in a very long time so it did not work, so we had to vacuum it...
