"Everything was perfect except for the checkout. The front desk was absentminded that she forgot or ignored our requested limousine service to the airport and made us waited at the lobby for freaking 45 minutes until I finally followed it up. We got to the airport 2 hours before our flight!"

"The room was clean and the staff was great. The pool and patio area was very nice and peaceful, and provided a great area outside your room to relax. My only problem with the resort was my shower pressure was terrible. The water was nice and hot but just a trickle. If I got up early or late at nice the pressure was just a little better."
