There’s a lot of people at the desk, makes it chaotic, some are probably training, but it impedes service. My check in guy was pleasant and presentable, however, he forgot to tell me or show me the “ other” elevator to use for my room (628) that is because of the chaotic atmosphere at the desk.
I was at the lobby around 11pm waiting for my friend to pick me up for a night out, I asked the front desk agent ( younger lady) if I can have a cup of hot water for my tea, I brought my own, she said ( I will let house keeping know about it) it took 25 minutes no hot water, I went to the desk and asked what happened to my hot water, she then said, ohh hold on it’s somewhere here, lol then the guy brought out tea bags, I said I wanted hot water only, not tea, sometimes if you just take a minute to listen instead of jumping in assumption’s, service will be smooth and proper. Time is wealth, don’t waste others time and yours.
