"It was a nice place to stay had free bikes to use the pool was nice but could have been a bit warmer. During the lights festival it would be nice to have shuttle to the free bus and back. Parking was ok but not a lot on site considering size of hotel. First in first served. The staff were lovely and attentive. Decent amount of milk too for coffees but not much coffee itself. We were lucky had two rooms one liked tea one coffee so we swapped"

"A very tidy property easy to find on GPS and located one block back from the main shopping street. Reasonably priced restaurant. Nice bar and a swimming pool. A very pleasant stay"

"Proprty was central to town which was handy for bars, restaurants and shopping. Room was ok but a bit tired. Soap dispenser bracket on wall was loose so had to remove. Toilet has water streaks, chairs were torn and needed a proper clean. One thing that puzzled us was that the bar / restuarant closed from 2pm to 4pm. Why? Especially when people like us are looking for a refreshment in the hotel. Perhaps short staffed maybe."

"Our stay at this cozy holiday space was a delightful experience. The comfortable and spacious cabin offered a lovely view and peaceful surroundings. After long days of exploring, the jacuzzi was the perfect way to unwind. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby towns like New Plymouth and Stratford. "Older property with a few squeaky floorboards but was quiet overall. Big kitchen to use, was kept clean by users. Bathroom ok, brown toilet bowl was a concern. Good bed and clean bedroom. Well situated in town."

"Great little place, good location within easy reach of everything. Only downside would be the fact the bed squeeks every time you move Listing says there is a washer and dryer but there is not though this is apparently not theough lack of them trying to stop it from being on the list"
