"The host is charming and helpful, the space is great. Its in the owner's garden, but she's very discreet and trees shield the main house and the guest house. Very convenient for several towns, villages, tourist sites, check the location. Very quiet village area, just one bar restaurant and a pizza take away. Beautiful quiet stay. "Lovely rural Gite, perfect for time away from the crowds. Kind and helpful owners, great facilities with a lovely garden to enjoy time outdoors. Great swimming pool too. Train station15 minutes away - perfect for our day trip to Bordeaux. Lovely area, St Emilion is a must see and nearby village in Ruch has a good value restaurant with a very welcoming owner (about 25/30 minutes walk and a must for a leisurely lunch and a stroll). Car is a must to make the most of time available at the gite....

"We had a lovely holiday here. Chris and Alix were very friendly and respectful hosts. The property is very well appointed with both a pool and a hot tub to enjoy. The bed in particular was great, excellent mattress! Kitchen is well stocked and the shower is superb. Would definitely return."

"The former wine cellar stay was very much like we wanted. Some rustiness but plenty modern with all the conviences. we cooked often and enjoyed eating on the patio. It is secluded and quiet - a good 20 minutes from the city, but we enjoyed it. Jean Micheal was great with instructions and communications even though he was on holiday in Italy. Would book again for sure."

"Extremely well equipped to a high standard. We were welcomed with essential groceries, a bottle of wine and a speciality dessert of the region. Patrick was available if we needed him and managed the pool/cover. He was private and discreet. We have stayed in gites many times and this was one of the best with a great pool."
