She was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all the animals we saw. She really enhanced our visit. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place to anyone. It is a paradise!!"

"We only stayed one night. Check-in was simple and easy, The staff were all very friendly. The property is gorgeous and unique. Weather was really rainy and wet, so we didn't get to explore too much around the outside of the property. Our room was exactly as described and quiet, however, the walls are somewhat thin and you can hear other guests but not in a horrible way. It's more like a comfortable home rather than a hotel. The dining room was lovely, dinner was nice and the included breakfast was delicious. Delicious! It's a really neat area and we left the next morning to go straight to the volcano so everything was convenient and scenic."
