"We stayed in the newer units to be southern end of the complex. Room was mostly clean, but previous guests have damaged some soft furnishings and paintwork - not detrimental t our trip but once noticed hard not to… this accommodation s away from the traditional hotel precinct of Rotorua BUT this a a good thing if you have hired a car - and the Skulne gondola and other attractions are a relatively short walk away. We’d stay again next time we are in NZ!"

"Due to some issue with the natural hot water supply for the mineral pool, it was out of action for our stay . The managing staff more than made up for that with generous offers of vouchers to the aquatic center and dinner vouchers at a fine Irish pub .. all that and chocolate fish to welcome us .. legends ! "
