"The property itself was filled with hundreds of Ants when we arrived; on the floor and on the table. The mattresses were broken; springs popped through the mattress fabric. The bed sheets and pillow cases looked and smelled like they haven't been changed for a while. The bathrooms were dirty with broken accessories jutting out dangerously on the sink wall.
