Property was ok. Booked for three nights. We had a medical emergency on day two of our stay and had to depart early the next morning to take a bus to the nearest ER hospital in Kuala Lumpur. Called Expedia to see if we could cancel the last night of our booking for a credit, but this hotel would not allow it. We lost the last night of our booking, but we did make it to the hospital for treatment. Hopefully, you won't have an emergency like we did, but if you do, be aware that this hotel will not be understanding and let you amend your booking.

Room design with balcony and direct acces to playground. But Got mosquito inside room.. bed frame all feel wet and smelly.. bedsheet not clean and skin got rashes after stay.. non-stop nosiy sound overnights...

Simple facility, very convenient location serrouded with some restaurants. Unfortunately traffic super jam during school holidays. Wasted time stuck in traffic for more than an hr just to Kea farm. Overall still good experiences.

Decent sized room. Nice and clean. Rather disappointing close proximity to boiler/plant rooms didn’t let us sleep through the night. Noise coming from water pipes was unacceptable

For family, go for 2 bedroom suite, it is spacious, quiet and easy access to playground. This hotel is on top of a shopping complex and the shopping options are nice and cheap. Also ground level of this property has many food options including a pizza. Walking distance are more food options including Indian vegeterian and a small night market.

Première chambre horrible mais bien rattrapé
Nous avons reçu une première chambre avec un mur rempli de moisissure tout comme la salle de bain. Après avoir appelé la réception, on nous a trouvé une nouvelle chambre dans un état beaucoup plus propre et sans moisissure très rapidement. Le service et le personnel sont vraiment au top mais il manque de l’entretien et la chambre initialement prévue était vraiment dans un état déplorable.
