"Beautiful apartment with a view of coastal area and Mt Etna. Spacious and clean. Getting into town does require walking many stairs but it is worth the walk. We walked into town then took a taxi home each day. "

"The views were amazing from this hotel, pretty much from all areas. They have a large wonderful breakfast buffet with hot and cold food, great coffee and all you can drink mimosas. The bus stop is less than a half block across the street with restaurants all the way up and around top of hill. Lots of fun shops too!’"

"We were delighted to be offered an upgrade to their partner hotel next door at no extra charge. However on our return home we were shocked to find that as well as the cost of the stay we had also been charged an extra night as though we hadn’t shown up at the Hotel Elios. Staff on the desk have not been helpful when I called to point this out and asked us to email customer service, which I have done 3 times with no reply. I took the complaint to Expedia who said it was between us and the hotel....

"This property was wonderful for our family with two young children. It was very clean and well equipped. We felt like we were home. The pool and garden was our favorite place and we spent most of our time outside. It was also nice and quiet, while being a short drive to everything we wanted to see and do, including Giardini Naxos Beach, Etna volcano (beautiful view from the home), Taormina, Castelmola, and the supermarket is just around the corner.
