"We booked this place when we came here for the SouthStar festival. While the park was a 20 minute ride away, there was a lot of other amenities in this area that drew us to this property. Once you find the place you won’t have any problems getting back to it. We arrived late and it was hard to see the numbers on the buildings. "The condo was a great place for my husband and I to call home for a week while our son attended Space Camp (just minutes down the road). It's convenient location is close to any place in town, with a good variety of restaurants and stores close by. There's also a public park with greenway within walking distance. I was able to comfortably work remotely in the second bedroom at the desk provided. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again, if in the area."

"Really nice renter and condo. However was harassed by the HMO Ranger lady that the boat and trailer wasn’t welcome. She was able to accommodate us by having her “boyfriend “ move his car ( I’m sure he had a designated spot) so I could park. The lack of parking wasn’t disclosed on VRBO. Nice , slightly dated place just beware of the snooty old landlady HMO Ranger if you happen to be bringing a boat to the lake, no where to park it without unhooking. "The only draw back I had is the condo is on the first floor. I traveled with my 12 year old so that was a bit scary. Other than that I loved it "

"Overall stay was good. My husband and i needed a place to stay with our dogs for 1 night. The proximity to downtown was great which was very convenient. The house is an older duplex similar to an old shotgun house. Everything was clean and as photographed in the listing. Its just got the necessities. Bed was comfy.
